Our conviction

The founder
Sandra Robichon.
Twelve years of experience in Luxury and Beauty Maisons. Sandra climbed the ranks of Retail, from sales advisor to manager, through observation, rigor and a passion for the field.
Along the way, she observed a critical gap: exceptional Talents without proper support, and Maisons facing the volatility of their teams. In 2022, she founded Catwalks to bridge this gap.
